The final verdict between the Ghana Football Association and King Faisal Football Club will be heard on April, 2015. Ghanasportsonline.com can reveal.
The GFA had been facing legal battle with King Faisal Football Club which resulted in the delay of the 2014/15 First Capital plus Premier League season.
Alhaji Gruzah and his charges had placed an injunction on the League over claims of not being treated fairly by the Nations Football governing body.
A decision by an Accra Human Rights court to lift the injunction filed by King Faisal paved way for congress to hold which has ultimately ushered the League to start on January 18.
Ghanasportsonline.com has therefore gathered that a final declaration by the court on the lawsuit will be heard on April 2015.
King Faisal will be retained in the domestic top-flight should they win the case in April.
