Black Stars Head Coach, Kwasi Appiah, says he enjoys positive criticism from football lovers and his fans.
He noted that positive criticism helps him to identify his mistakes so he can work on them and achieve positive results.
“I love positive and constructive criticism because it enables you to identify your mistakes and correct them.
“Constructive criticism also encourages me as a coach to work harder than before,” Kwasi Appiah pointed out.
Speaking on Nhyira FM in Kumasi, he said it is impossible for a coach not to be criticized “but the criticism should be positive.”
The Ghana trainer noted that he has stopped listening to sports programmes which are aired on radio stations in the country.
He bemoaned that some of the presenters have agenda to always criticize even when they have no justification in doing that.
Kwasi Appiah said he doesn’t want to be distracted and that was why he has stopped listening to radio programmes.
He said he is focused on his job as the Black Stars head trainer and therefore nobody can distract him from achieving his set goals.
