The International Operations and Business Development Officer of Seaweld Engineering, a wholly Ghanaian owned Oil and Gas Company, Michael Avorkliya, says Ghana has great potential in the oil and gas industry and government should provide local companies with support.
Speaking to Radio Ghana, Mr Avorkliya called for tax rebates and further training for the Ghanaian professionals to deepen the local content philosophy of the government.
Mr Avorkliya said the Company will hopefully go into the fabrication of bigger spare parts to fulfill government dream to Ghanaians taking full control of the industry.
