Floyd Mayweather used a banned intravenous injection the day before his $300m fight against Manny Pacquiao, it has emerged.
The undefeated champion, who beat Pacquiao convincingly in May, was found with evidence of the method by United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) testers, when they arrived for a random test.
However USADA did not issue an exemption to the fighter until 19 days later, almost three weeks after the fight, according to a report by SB Nation.
