Sean 'Diddy' Combs' was singled out for promoting Cîroc vodka on social media without labeling the posts as ads, as is required by the Federal Trade Commission.
A consumer watchdog group, Truth in Advertising (TINA), which leveled similar allegations against DJ Khaled earlier this year, filed a complaint with the FTC Monday.
The advocacy group says they found Combs posing in hundreds of Instagram posts next to bottles of Cîroc, without disclosing that the image was part of a paid promotion.
