The Ministry of Health has developed a plan to get the striking members of the Government and Hospital Pharmacists Association back to work.
This was after a closed-door meeting with the pharmacists.
The Pharmacists Association last week embarked on strike due to the failure of the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC) to address anomalies in the salaries of its members.
They are hopeful the impasse will be solved soon.
The Pharmacists Association has said they are happy with the outcome and are going to abide by it.
The General Secretary of the association, Franklin Acheampong told Citi News that they are receiving goodwill from the Minister of Health, Hon. Alban Bagbin, hence they will reciprocate that goodwill.
The Minister of Health has shown his fatherly love for intervening and we will continue to negotiate to resolve the impasse, he said.
