The Ghana Institute of Architects, GIA, is leading an advocacy programme towards the review of National Building Regulations.
This is to ensure that the Country's building legislation meet international best practices and also promote modern trends.
Speaking at a workshop to brainstorm on the review process, the President of GIA, Adotei Brown, said current awareness of climate change and environmental effects of energy inefficiency demands a review for safety purposes.
