Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Mr Julius Debrah has officially endorse Ghana’s number one alcoholic beverage, Alomo Bitters, a product by Kasapreko Company Limited.
According to the minister, it will be advisable for consumers to patronize the locally manufactured product which has been ranked by The Cable News Network [CNN] as one of the top five emerging brands worldwide.
He also hinted that, Kasapreko Alomo Bitters will partner government to champion the nation’s sanitation day as the official beverage drink for the nationwide event.
During an official visit to the Kasapreko factory in Accra, Mr. Julius Debrah commended the Founder and Chairman of company, Dr. Kwabena Adjei for his mammoth contribution to national development.
“I will commend the chairman for not relenting but continuing to live the dream that he had several years ago. This is what we [government] have been talking about lately. We call it the Ghanaian dream.
"...The company has kept living its dreams and they never give up. Congratulations Mr. Chairman,” he said.
Dr. Kwabena Adjei presented an amount of GHC, 30,000, wheelbarrows, shovels and rakes to the ministry to fight filth.
