As an annual ritual, new vehicle owners with DV have flooded the Northern Regional Department of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) for 2015 registration number plates.
The regional DVLA Department has since the beginning of January registered close to 50 new vehicles.
According to the Regional Manager, Daniel Osei-Bio, his officers have readjusted their working hours to meet the demands of the applicants.
He said some single numbers have been reserved for people at special fees.
Daniel Osei-Bio revealed that nobody has so far requested for a personalized number.
He advised vehicle owners to deal directly with DVLA officers by avoiding middle men known as goro boys.
He said owners of imported vehicles are required to be present during the registration.
