On Wednesday, January 18, 2017, King Mohammed VI, will hold bilateral talks with President Akufo-Addo in Ghana. In a statement copied to Peacefmonline.com, it was stated that the mutual talks would center on enhancing relationship between the two nations.

STATEMENT ON THE VISIT OF KING MOHAMMED VI, KING OF MOROCCO
His Majesty King Mohammed VI, of the Kingdom of Morocco, will from Wednesday, January 18, 2017, begin an official visit to Ghana.
The visit is aimed at deepening the existing, cordial relations between Ghana and Morocco, as well present an opportunity to define new areas of co-operation that would serve the mutual interests of the two countries.
On Friday, January 20, President Akufo-Addo will hold bilateral talks with King Mohammed VI, before hosting him to an official lunch at the Presidency.
King Mohammed VI will thereafter depart for Morocco.
