In developed countries, you pay more if your vehicle is a luxury one. Your insurance shoots up if your vehicle is a luxury and and even more if you are young. In GA, drivers sometimes pay more depending in the color of it. If the vehicle is all Black or Red in color and is tinted, get ready for high road worthy and other insurance payments. That is why I am happy with my bicycle.
I have a Nissan Navara pick-up (3.0). Is it a luxury car?
To Ghana police: wait god these luxury cars go out to demonstrate, then pick up the number plate of those cars and investigate the owners tax returns. They are ***barred word***.
Charley what do you mean by civilized society? If you think being gayyy makes you civilized then please do go and have your F head checked. How can you fall for all their brainwashingg BS? The European is so backward that he feeds on genetically modified foods, and some of you think they are civilized?? What civilized society will allow itself to be fed with synthetic Food? 90 percent of all present diseases are GMO related and yet that is what your civilized European feeds on.
We have a finance minister who has hidden his money in an offshore account and is taxing us byhart. Let support any revolution that will end the white man's rule in Africa. This democracy is only intended to help African leaders to conive with the white tiives to legitimize the steeeling of our resources and then impoverish us with unbearable taxes.
The people in UK need to pay taxes because they have nothing. With the kind of resources in this country the government should serve breakfast, lunch and dinner every F day. And why should we do what the people in UK do? Can't we also do as we please? Why can't some of you be proud of yourselves for a minute, why do you always compare yourselves to people who don't even want any one to know who they really are? Charley have some confidence in yourselves we are farrr above them in every way.
I love this! Who is more richer? The Ghanaian who is always buying used cars and used clothing or the white man who is always steeeling our oil and gold and timber? You give tax exemption to the super rich white man and then charge your poor Ghanaian for driving used cars, and we have human beings surprisingly supporting this ***barred word***. Charley this country is too small for the number of retardss.
The criteria for determining what a luxury car is doesnt make sense. There are old inexpensive cars that have engine capacities 3.0 and above , and very expensive luxurious cars with their engine capacity below 3.0
Unbelievable!! demonstrating because of car tax? What a country!! Those driving the so called luxury cars must tell Ghanaians which developed and civilized country in the world does not charge such tax? In fact the tax that you will be paying in Ghana is far less than what those in UK pay. For example a Jaguar XJ Portfolio with a V6 engine pays a little over GHS1,600.00 a year. You buy a car based on your ability to afford to maintain the car so if your so called luxury car is beyond your financial capability to keep it on the road then sell it and buy something cheaper period.
Let the owners come, arrest them and check their tax returns. thank you.
