Gospel Musician, Brother Sammy has landed himself into a big trouble for allegedly selling unapproved products on social media.
The controversial gospel artiste was arrested over the weekend by the Ashanti Regional Police following claims of a product that cures HIV/AID and other chronic diseases.
Speaking to NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’, the Public Relations Officer of the Food and Drugs Authority [FDA], Mr James Lartey explained that Brother Sammy flouted the law by advertising his product on social media.
He said his conduct was “totally unaccepted” by the authority.
“He is likely to serve a maximum of 25 years in prison if found guilty after investigations,” he said.
