Digitization is good but what kind are we putting place to demand much praises? So far what I have observed live much to be desired. Very distasteful to me. I happened to work on passport renewal and was much surprised to fill over an hourly forms. Productive hours made to use it on the digital form. What saddens my heart is that, the system requested that 1) I searched for witness to endorse the forms on paper; 2) to print out the forms for submission; 3) to search for time to appear before passport office officials; and to pay extra amount. Considering all this, what benefit do I gain on the new system digitization? Before its establishment, same manual papers were in use. we were submitting forms. If the vice president would want Ghana to move out of processes tantrums, an online should be FULLY ONLINE. Mr. vice Prez, in your mode of ensuring the economy goes electronic, please let your experts test the systems in-front of you first. Long live Ghana.
