Chief Dele Momodu, CEO of Ovation Media Group has congratulated President-elect Nana Dankwa Akufo-Addo on the just concluded Wednesday's contested presidential election. In his tweet, Chief Momodu also confirmed he has called President John Mahama for having the courage to concede defeat, while wishing him and his family well as Ghana move on with a new leadership.
Chief Momodu stirred the campaign atmosphere with a Special Edition of his Ovation International magazine dedicated to President Mahama’s four years administration, with a special focus on the infrastructural developments across the nation.
He severally – on different traditional and new media platforms - eulogized President Mahama’s visionary leadership and urged Ghanaians to give him a second chance; a development which spurred lots of criticism and debate on whether he has the right to support a presidential candidate as a foreigner.
The Electoral Commission chairperson, Mrs Charlotte Osei few hours ago however declared the New Patriotic Party flagbearer Akufo-Addo winner - with 5,7160226 (53.85%) while President Mahama polled 4,713,277 (44.40%).

Nana does not want any congratulatory message from you, Yoruba eddddiiot. Aren't you supposed to be packing and running away? You better be out before January 7, kwasssssshiaaa!
I do not think Nana needs your congratulatory message. Is as bad as his enemy wishing him well. You did all that you could for Mahama, but you forgot thst it does not lie in the bosom of man to install a King. Take your shame back and next time don't meddle in local politics of a country you don't belong. Ony3 sooooo mi ahabo oy3!!!!
No wonder Mahama became the first incumbent to lose 'one touch'... how can you bring all these people plus comedians (osofia) to talk in our politics?? Politics are a national affair, and should not be exposed to these cronies. You deal with nigerian 'chiefs' and want to rule Ghana, torfiakwa!!
He must deported and banned for engaging himself in our politics. Only under ndc this will happen. Mahama very incompetent. Cheap polics
Your have got your share of the corupt money that why you campaign for mahama it has come to an end change has come
Why is this man getting attention at all? A foreigner telling us whom to vote for? mtchewwwwwwww
