ahaa.... same Ghanaians will now question why the towing levy never came into existence
PLEASE WE MUST ALWAYS AND AT ALL TIMES ADHERE TO ROAD SIGNS TO BE SAFE ON OUR ROADS.DRIVERS OF BROKEN DOWN VEHICLES SHOULD ALSO DO THE NEEDFUL BY ALERTING OTHER ROAD USERS TO BE CAUTIOUS WHEN APPROACHING ANY HARZARD THEY HAVE LEFT ON OUR ROADS.
The towing shouldn't have been wholesale; but targeted at any vehicle which breaks down like this one. Obviously the owner and the driver of the spoilt trailer are safely in their homes but an innocent persons are dead. Isn't it curious that but accidents happened in the night or evening. Couldn't they have seen better if there were street lights? Food for thought.
so what happened to the compulsory road towing project that npp government wanted to embark on? this accident is clearly avoidable had the project been in force
