Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Ade Coker has commended the efforts by Chief Justice Georgina Wood to clean the judicial service of any act of corruption.
Speaking on 'kokrokoo' on Peace FM, the NDC Regional Chairman was pleased with the Chief Justice for her seriousness to investigate the alleged corrupt practices of some Judges and magistrates implicated in the latest undercover investigation by Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
According to him, the nation should urge him on to continue with his good works.
Ade Coker also called on the country's Justices to see to the end of the judicial scandal and not use technicalities to influence the outcome of Anas' exposé.
“Let’s keep encouraging him to continue this house cleaning. And for the Judges, I know that there’s rule of law. I believe in the rule of law but they should tone down on the technicalities and rather seek how quickly that this thing can be brought to an end," he said.
