The National Women's Organizer of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Otiko Djaba has said that although President John Mahama is her brother, he is wicked and does not feel the pain of Ghanaians.
The multi-linguist speaking to electorates at Asawase in the Ashanti region admonished them to vote against President Mahama because his time was up. According to her, the president does not care about the welfare of Ghanaians hence, the need to vote for Nana Akufo Addo who is passionate about Ghana, and wants to see it develop better than what we see under the NDC administration.
''President Mahama's time is up...President Mahama is extremely wicked and so he must step down. We need change, we need someone is is passionate about this country. You have to vote massively for Nana Akufo Addo. We need change this year. Your time is up President Mahama.
You have to step down this year so Nana Addo can take over the management of this country.'' Her comments follows that of the candidate who has called on Ghanaians to reject Mahama because ''President Mahama, clearly, does not feel your pain and suffering.
He is impervious to the hardships Ghanaians are going through on a daily basis, in their efforts to make ends meet. I doubt he is living in Ghana with us, because if he was, he wouldn’t be making such comments.”
According to Nana Akufo-Addo, he is at a loss as to why the President will make comments to the effect that all is well with Ghana, in the midst of record levels of unemployment, rising cost of living, high utility tariffs, widespread despondency, and untold levels of hardship and suffering amongst the populace.
“We have an opportunity this year to rid our nation of the suffering and hardship the Ghanaian is going through under the leadership of President Mahama. When we vote in a competent government in December, I assure you that Ghana will be put on the path of progress and prosperity once again. That is the task before us in Ghana in this year’s election”, Nana Akufo-Addo said.

@@Tula; I cannot understand the envy of some people when they hear about somebody being rich ;whether Mr Djab comes from the north or Somamya is irrelevant to the point besides are you saying people from Somanya cannot be rich people ; DON'T BE AN EDIOTIC FULL !!!!!!!!; such comments are born out of envy and hatred and plain desire to be part of such elite ;we had the same with JJ Rawlings who hated reasonably well to do people and mis construed them to be rich and went out with hatred and killed them and replaced them with a party call NDC ; today we are all reaping the consequence of such callous motives ; the word 'rich' as applied to families and people in Ghana is a subjective word which means in Ghanaian terms you are classified as a man or woman of reasonable means who can take of his/her children send them to colleges or universities or abroad ; in the case of Otiko Djaba's father he was a man of reasonable means in Ghanaian social mobility grading terms you are classified as 'rich'; you answered your own doubts ; Otiko is close to her northern roots ; a very intelligent lady ; speaks different languages have travelled abroad with extensive experience and knows a 'WICKED SPECIMEN WHICH SHE SEES ONE ' and more intelligent than this raw sewage presidential candidate called Jon Mahama from Bole ; whether they are first cousins or not ; they are relatives and to describe your own relative in such derogatory terms as being a wicked person tells you the sort of specimen Jon Mahama is and the light in which this evil man is seen in his own family ; the issue of Otiko's father is irrelevant with regards to Jon Mahama ; the man is clueless fuull ; a womiser stiller and a gross mistake imposed on Ghanaians by Justice Atuguba and please do not tell this ***barred word*** Justice Atuguba too is a relative of Jon Mahama
Well said this ded goat it lost with the touch of Ghanaians. ARISE 4 CHANGE SO GHANA CAN WORK AGAIN.
Is NPP as a party coming to distribute money to the people? You are right. You are fighting for your stomach. However, becareful not to destroy your home before you return after your political life.
ohhh hooo... Massa, please do not show your ignorance. Otiko's father is not a rich man from the north, but rather the late Henry Djaba from Somanya. her mother is from the north and is also the mum of the deputy minister of Transport and NDC campaign spokeswoman, Joyce Bawa Mogtari. their mum is closely related to Mahama. They are first cousins..... Otiko should go on... it is all political talk, cos she is very close to her Bole side of the family....
@ Koliko ; please STOP this disgusting cheap 'Trumpian' minds set of denegrading women afterall if somebody uses such filthy words against your mother ; sister or wife or relative you may not like it besides this shows the mind set of a political loser just like Donald Trump in the Us ; Otiko knows Jon Mahama as a brother and knows where she is comming from ; Otiko's father was a very rich man in the north and therefore know what she is talking about; he knows his brother is a murderer and a wicked man who murdered Atta Mills to gain power ; today we are all reaping the evil deeds of Jon Mahama besides to talk about a relative like this means there is something very WRONG !!!!!!!!
Because of politics is that what you can say about your brother. The Mahama we know is kind, respectful, loving, tolerant, caring and father for all. It appears you do not know your father
Oh! Koliko why? you were born by woman why are you saying that is not fair. no, no, no, politics is such a dirty game. You know how politicians are she said Mahama is her brother and she prefer to remove her intestine out and fill in with stones leave her the judgment day is near so bocs of politics, you want destroy your own brother is her own cup of tea. Otiku remember if your dwarf come to power he will also leave period of 8 years and when you go home and see your brother will you laugh, cry or wht will you do. sell the message of the your party manifesto to the people to vote for for him not to insult let me tell you that is why Akuffo always loose. do you think people are happy abt your behavior? the insult, noise making, arrogance, name calling, creating tension in a country, fake prophecies by fake man of God Owusu Bempah dnt win an election. A woman shld talk like a woman not to talk like mad dog. so if your party loose wht will you gain by saying dirty things abt your brother? if you a politician you are not mad. saying things that
KOLIKO IS REFERRING TO HIS MOTHER AND THE NDC DIRTY PROSTITUTES AND NOT OTIKO
I WILL NEVER TELL MY BROTHER HE IS WICKED IF HE IS MY REAL BROTHER. BECAUSE OF POLITICS. WELL HE CAN BE WICKED TO YOU BUT TO WE GHANAIAN S HE HAS NEVER BEEN WICKED TO US. ''MA DI WO HO YAW PAA''. OTIKO I HAVE NEVER LIKED YOU N I DIDNT KNOW WHY BUT NOW I KNOW WHY.
