Frank Annor–Dompreh, Member of Parliament for Nsawam-Adoagyiri, has challenged the Minority in Parliament to open discussions before the House about claims of plagiarism regarding President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo's inaugural speech.
Speaking on Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo', Hon. Annor-Dompreh dared the Minority Leader, Haruna Iddrisu and his Members of Parliament should be bold to revive the topic on the floor of House and to him, the Majority has an appropriate response for them.
According to him, Ghanaians have seen the tricks of the Minority and so advised them to review their behaviour, noting that their attitude led them to opposition.
“For once, let’s think positively and let’s be positive once . . . Let us all support this man,” he said.
The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has accused President Nana Akufo- Addo of lifting passages from the speeches of US Presidents, George Bush and Bill Clinton.
Though the Acting Director of Communications at the Presidency, Mr. Eugene Arhin has apologized; the NDC seems to make political capital out of the issue.
Hon. Annor-Dompreh hoped the Minority "will make it official. And when it comes to Parliament, they should be confident enough . . . We will give them the right response. If care is not taken, our dear minority; Ghanaians will not take you serious."
He advised the Minority to be serious and make constructive criticisms, saying "we want to take the minority serious . . . They should stop swimming in the surface of the sea and move to deeper waters.”

yes. Hon Haruna we were informed by our lecturer at Legon Business School that his Masters Degree is no more valid because of plagiarism. (sad)
THE MINORITY NDC CANNOT TABLE ISSUE OF PLAGIARISM BECOS THEIR LEADER HARUNA IDDRISU HAD HIS PhD DENIED BECOS HE PLAGIARIZED 100s OF PAGES OF OTHER SCHORLARS ACADEMIC WORK. THAT IS WHY THE STATEMENT ISSUED BY THE MINORITY ON NANA ADDO's SPEECH WAS SIGNED BY THE DEPUTY MINORITY LEADER AVEDZI. GO TO UNIVERSITY OF GHANA, LEGON AND ASK ABOUT HARUNA IDDRISU's PLAGIARISM.
Haruna Iddrisu had plagiarism problems at Legon with his MPhil Thesis.... I wonder he as the Minority Leader how is he feeling? Bring it on.... Ev!l and hypocrate NDC party. With this attitude you will forever remain in opposition...
Is he one of the in mates? Some body from Nsawam most at times has a mental problem.
ARE WE SERIOUS? GHANA. !!!! . WILL NANA HAVE TIME FOR THIS. THE MESS OF NDC IS TOO MUCH FOR NANA TO SPEND TIME ON THIS NDC PETINESS, NAGGING, TRIVIALITIES, IGNORANCE AND CHILDISHNESS
