Former National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament (MP) for the La Dadekotopon constituency, Nii Amasah Namoale has emphatically stated that telling lies has become a daily norm of no offence in Ghana.
To him, he is liable to make such comments because the Special Prosecutor nominee upon his frequent allegations made against high profiles over the years in his articles could not justify himself during his vetting, claiming his allegations were his perception.
“Telling lies has now become part of Ghanaians and has no legal implication, rather it becomes a crime when it is stated under oath”, he said.
In an interview on Kasapa FM’s morning show, Namoale advised the office of the Special Prosecutor not to work with perceptions as he noted before the Appointments Committee, but with hard core evidences.
“Members of the NPP should not think that the appointment of the Special Prosecutor will automatically put a stop to protocol dealings, they are still in existence and cannot stop. Their numerous hypes will not make any difference to the old system”, he stated.
According to him between the Special Prosecutor and Minister of State in charge of prosecutions (Attorney General), there is no difference as they have just wasted our time.
“I say so because Martin Amidu cannot have a final say on any findings or prosecution he makes, every final say with respect to any prosecution remains in the pocket of Gloria Akuffo, the Attorney General of the republic of Ghana”, he added.

Who told you that Martin was not able to prove his allegations against JDM! Wait for him, he is going to prove that JDM was ;leading a bunch of THIE%%^VES!
What is thae matter with this NDC idiotic full Namoale ; what he should understand is that not everybody in Ghana tells lies to exist besides perception is a subjective world and can be applied in different context ; it is only NDC party members who tell lies to survive because of they see politics as the only source to survive ;how can yu have a politician who attends university does not find work ; have no experience in working life but then appeals to his tribe to vote for him to be a legislator he then with little experience becomes a law maker to Ghanaians ; DOES IT MAKE SENSE !!!!!besides why are these NDC vipers so afraid of Marti-Amidu because if you are NPP or NDC and have not stolen any state cash then what is your problem with Martin -Amidu ; all Mamidu will do is to investigate issue of fraud and present his case to the AG ; where Amidu has no case the case will be thrown out of Court besides if you feel Amidu has created any perception of corruption against anybody in the NDC ; why does not that person sue in Court. NDC AIMLESS THIFFS !!!!!!
telling lies is only a norm for the ndc and not Ghana, 1d10>t!!! It looks like u are still suffering from the 2016 defeat.
Hon Namoale should be reminded that his NDC MPs all endorsed Martin Amidu for the SP position.
