I an era where ECG can be awarded for regular and reliable supply of power anything is possible. hahahahahaha BEST MINISTER IN DEED
This Minister is firm, strong, walks the talk and has a can-do spirit. The minister really deserves this award and Ghanaian in general support this selfless leader especially we in the diaspora. Mr Minister, many thanks for the free secondary school program currently ongoing despite a lot of resistance by the heads and some teachers and I wish to express that, next time, there must be broad consultation with the teachers rather than the principals because they are really on the ground. This will go a long way to reduce I don't care syndrome and to encourage participation.
There were clear indication of some head of second cycle schools who had wanted to destroy free shs program. Napo and his deputies acted precisely and firmly and this helped to put the fear of God in all others to make the system worked. We need more of Napo, Martin Amidu, Kusi Boafo and their kind who strong and firm to get things done.
