POOR LEADERSHIP IN ACCRA. WE COULD HAVE HAD THE MOTHER OF ALL CLEANUP IN ACCRA TODAY TO MARK THE DAY. INFACT THE CAPITAL BEING IN ACCRA HAS MADE IT COMPLACENT AND CLINGED TO GOVERNMENT. GHANA SHOULD DRAW UP A 25 YEARS PLAN TO MOVE THE CAPITAL TO A PLACE LIKE BUI IN THE CENTRE OF THE COUNTRY. ACCRA HAS OUTLIVED ITS USEFULNESS
