Folks, if you ignore the noise and pay attention to basic details, President Akufo-Addo is turning out to be one of the best Presidents in recent history. His social mitigating measures for the COVID-19 crisis announced a while ago is far-reaching and very impressive:
☑Tax free income for three months plus 50percent increase in basic salary for frontline workers.
☑Government is going to make available GHC600 million soft loan scheme with a 6-months morotorium period and 2-year repayment plan for micro, small & medium scale businesses.
☑Government will absorb the water bills for all Ghanaians for the next three months, i.e. April, May and June. All water tankers, publicly and privately-owned, are also going to be mobilised to ensure the supply of water to all vulnerable communities.
☑The Ghana Water Company Ltd and the Electricity Company of Ghana have been directed to ensure the stable supply of water and electricity during this period.
☑ There will be no disconnection of water and electricity supply during this period.
☑Free Transport for all health workers .
At least we've got a president who's thinking outside the box in these unusual times.
Stay safe folks!!!

John Airbus Mahama was only thinking inside the box...... We are lucky to have Nana Addo as our president now not opana airbus.
Eeeei Ghana fuo take it easy a little tickle and you jump and give off flatulence. How many people have taps in their homes? in this Ghana!!! Feeble minds think ooooo think!!! Aaaaba
You are on point bro. Most people fail to analyze things properly because they are blinded by party colors. I was expecting free electricity for residential customers for at least a month because a greater percentage of Ghanaians have access to electricity this will rather go a long way to benefit the poor in society. Togo has committed 650 million dollars yo help her citizens but upon all our natural resources we couldn't even get 100 million dollars for our Ghana purse we have to go and borrow. LOL!!!
How does giving the citizenry relief from not paying water bills amount to "thinking out of the box". Come to think of it, how many people have portable water in Ghana, even those who have, is water flowing through them? This is just going to benefit the rich and affluent in society. We get people who fail to analyze things critically just jump on the band wagon just to confuse the already confused populace. Its a pity. Those of you here, have you asked yourself critical questions, why free electricity was not included? Please use your heads and stop seeing RED WHITE AND BLUE wai.
Please Ghanaians be appreciative. Can you compare nana addo's administration to that of yours. His effort is unprecedented. I like him for only one thing 'pan Africanist'
sometimes you just wonder whether they are human beings at all and what planet they came from. so much hatrred in the heart of ndc but they cant do anything right and wont let the people who can also do it. its mind buggling how such people could be amomgst us and seeking to lead NEVER AGAIN
Nana is impressive with its targeted relief program. this is what we want as a country. a leader in times like this, provide ways to bring about relief in the citizenry.
You will eat your kenkey without fish if you follow nana addo.
ndc nii gyimifo bodanfo, your leader is desperate to come and steal our money and steal our girls too. Steelers!!!!!
Peter, grow up and come out of your skin pain attitude. At least be appreciative and wait to see if its not been implemented before criticized. Some of you people wish nothing good for Ghana just because its not coming from your leader or your party so Ghana must fail so you people will rejoice. The truth is that the battle is the Lord's and you and your party can't do anything about it. All those who wish no good for this country will drown in their wickedness and will always fail in their plans to make Ghana fall. Long Live Ghana, Long Live the Akuffo Addo's Administration
