One cannot compare the 2013 case to this one. In 2013, the petitioners went to court with their evidence, as Afari Gyan put it, elections are won at the poling stations, in this case, the petitioners were armed with the primary document, the pink sheet . This year, 2020, the petitioners went to court with nothing, they want EC to produce pink sheets for them to prove their case. Mean while, they said they were auditing pink sheets, one would have expected them to go to court with them to prove to the court that when you sum them, no one gets more than 50% of the votes. But they chose not, why ?. They said there were some padding of votes in some collation sheets, but even with that they did not go with them, why?. In our elections, no other document is more important than the pink sheet in determining the out come of elections. Any other secondary document if even it is found to have errors just need to be corrected to reflect the pink sheet (the primary documents). I am being curious, is this just the case of you do me I do you? Well, our people have a saying that, if someone fart on you and you want to retaliate and you are not careful, you will defecate on yourself.
IN 2012 JM DID NOT WRITE TO SUPREME COURT TO "QUARSH" THE ISSUE. WHY WONT NANA ADDO LEAVE THE COURT TO DECIDE EVEN THOUGH WE ALL KNOW THE JUDGES ARE NOT BEING................................................................................................................................TO US.
