The fight to legalize marijuana (wee) is still on as male celebrities such as Samini lobby’s for parliament to make laws to back the smoking of the herb.
Now Ghanaian radio presenter, Abubakar Ahmed aka Blakk Rasta has called on the President of the Republic, Nana Akufo-Addo to establish a marijuana (wee) factory under the “One District, One Factory” policy.
Blakk Rasta sharing his brutal opinion on whether Ghana should legalize marijuana on Ark FM suggested that; “Government should put up “Marijuana Factory” in the “One District, One Factory” policy and process them into oil and even milk just like we get milk from soya”.
On how the government should go about the legalization in order to reap in huge revenue on marijuana, he again suggested;
“Government ought to start the process with restrictive measures from the security agencies to set-up and monitor State farms for the cultivation of marijuana”. He concluded that radio stations in Ghana should educate the masses on the negative effect of smoking the herb and also how it would boost the economy if legalized.
