The Disciplinary Board of Caf has fined DR Congo team TP Mazembe $5,000 after one of their players revealed a religious slogan during their Champions League match with Ghana's Berekum Chelsea.
Mazembe's Tr�sor Mputu celebrated his second goal against the former Ghanaian champions by displaying the message under his jersey.
At its meeting held on 26th November 2012, the CAF Disciplinary Board examined the documents related to the incident and imposed the sanction in accordance with Article 82, Article 58 of CAF Statutes.
Both side drew 2-2, their Group B match in Lubumbashi back July.
