ENGLAND could have THREE of the four semi-finalists in this season's Europa League. Chelsea, Newcastle and Tottenham all avoided each other in today's quarter-final draw in Switzerland.
The Blues face Russian side Rubin Kazan while Spurs meet Swiss champions Basel. Both of those teams will host the first leg before second-leg trips across the continent.
Newcastle will take on former European champions Benfica with the first leg in Portugal.In the other match, Turkish giants Fenerbahce will take on Italian side Lazio.First-leg ties will be played on April 4 with second-leg ties on April 11.
Earlier, the draw for the Champions League took place with Barcelona being paired with PSG.The other games are: Malaga v Borussia Dortmund, Real Madrid v Galatasaray and Bayern Munich v Juventus.
First-leg ties will be played on April 2 and 3, with the second legs on April 9 and 10.
