The star midfielder is in no doubt that the Black Stars will progress despite being in a difficult group at the global football fiesta.
Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah is optimistic that the Black Stars will make a difference in Brazil.
Ghana face USA, Germany and Portugal in what has already been termed as the Group of Death but the Juventus star is unfazed.
I think we have to go to Brazil with belief rather than hope of advancing from the group. It is a tough group and the matches will be difficult but we have every chance, Asamoah told Al Jazeera.
This is the World Cup. There are no easy groups or easy games. Were fully aware of this and thats how well be playing every game.
He added: I always want to be the best so I always give 100 percent for both club and country when I am playing.
Asamoah will be key to Ghana's fortunes in Brazil after a good season with Serie A champions Juventus.
