Techiman City were relegate from the Ghana Premier League after losing 4-0 to Berekum in the final day of the League.
The League debutants could not avoid the drop as they tasted a heavy defeat to the former Ghana League Champions at the Golden City Park.
Eric Ametepe, Stephen Owusu, Nana Tei-Horsu and Stephen Amankona got the goals for Chelsea who were also seeking to avoid relegation.
The result did not favor the former Division one League campaigners as they return to the lower-tier after just one season in the elite division.
Inter-Allies, Ebusua Dwarfs and Liberty Professionals all confirmed their stay in the Ghana Premier League.

Well done the Great City Boys. To partake is better than win. You fought a good fight with all your strength and might. Pleae go back to the drawing board, correct your mistakes, reorganize yourselves and come back next time. Come on guys, you've tested the premier league, knocked down some teams before. You're capable of coming back. Cudos.
