Banished duo Sulley Muntari and Kevin-Prince Boateng have no future with the Black Stars with the appointment of Kwesi Appiah as head coach.
The two internationals were expelled from Ghana's camp at the 2014 FIFA World Cup finals for gross misconduct and violent behaviour.
Boateng was accused of insulting Appiah in the full glare of his teammates at the tournament.
He has been in fine form for Spanish La Liga side Las Palmas where he has scored eight goals in 23 appearances.
Muntari slapped a Ghana FA official Moses Armah without any provocation during discussions over the delayed payment of appearance fees.
The 32-year-old returned to active football in January and has been a regular for struggling Serie A side Pescara.
Appiah, who has been handed a two-year deal, will avoid confrontations with players during his second spell.
He will work with players with decent disciplinary records and ready to obey his instructions.

Coach Akwasi Appiah is too nice a person, I hope that he toughens up with his boys, to gain the max respect. You can do it & please don't let them disrespect you, be like your former Coach Afranie(RIP). Knowing you over 30+ at Prestea Mine Stars to Kotoko days you have been the softie gentleman. Please learn from the past & get BS to the top. Good luck Coach
Kwasi Appiah has his own myopic way of selecting his players. if he likes you he will select you if he doesn't like you he will not select you. Which means it does not based on merit.I like Kwasi Appiah as a Ghanaian but i don't like how he manage egos. Has Kwasi improved on how to read games and effect changes? i hope this time he will not use a play maker to play at No3. I hope this time he will not allow the opponent to get tired before bringing on experience players. Maybe GFA don't want to pay huge sums of money to foreign coaches. They want cheap side so there will be a lsft over for other things.
We need these players and even Essien to come and play and inspire the rest and we need Richard Kingston to train keepers and we should sack the management team and sullay is a man not a boy and he has feelings to react.
Nana yaw, don't u learn from ur mistakes. U will never succeed if u fail to learn from ur past. Bring them back u say? I don't think so. Football is abt team work. It is better to have a strong committed team without de duo, than to have a disgruntled team with them
Gracias bringing this maroon back is a mistake
KWESI BRING THE BOYS BACK AND FORGIVE THEM PLS
