Ghana's former High Commissioner to India, Lawyer Sam Pee Yalley, has described as a "cock and bull" story, the claim that over 200 state vehicles are missing.
“No single vehicle is missing…what is this cock and bull story that 200 and something vehicles are missing; how… How come we cannot trace cars used by immediate past president when even cars used by Kwame Nkrumah are parked in the state house? It is a joke” he said.
The Director of Communications at the Presidency, Eugene Arhin, earlier this week revealed that there are over 200 cars unaccounted for at the Flagstaff House’s vehicle pool following the change in government on January 7, 2017.
He said this was detected after the assessment of five car models in the car pool inventory of the Flagstaff House.
“Just these five models account for 208 vehicles which we strangely cannot find,” Mr. Arhin said speaking to the media.
However, contributing to a panel discussion on Radio Gold’s Alhaji and Alhaji, Sam Pee Yalley was emphatic that 'no car is missing' and that the Nana Addo-led administration is using the claim to create disaffection for the previous administration.
According to him, the issue is creating a bad impression for the country in the international world; adding what should have been done was to call those responsible to investigate the whereabouts of those cars instead of taking it to the media.
“…and you think you are doing politics? It is rather tarnishing our image in the international world…these are all vote gimmicks; stop it. Arhin (Eugene Arhin) stop that joke; this country is not for small boys and girls; this country is a matured country stop that joke….complaining that those cars are missing shows your own incompetence. For me…no one single car has been missing or stolen; the cars are there” he stated.

It is rather you ship is spewing cock and bull stories
Otherwise Sam Pee Yalley should not even hold the jocks of team z players.
I wonder this man is in GH..WHAT sam George just revealed what NDC is capable of
This man is back from India where he had enjoyed and forgotten his so called socialism. I will never forget what this man did to the late vice president Ackaah. The lies he came on GTC to spew against the then vieep.Mr Yalley is not a credible man
Man, learn to Spk the truth and use a bit of decorum when speaking to Ghanaians. Panyin boni
A disgrace for all Ghanaians. You think if you denigrate your opponents others will take you serious? That is a lie. The picture you paint of others is what they would use to judge.
Mr. Yalley should ***barred word*** and check with Sam George on what happened to 271 vehicles before he goes on air sprouting ***barred word***. According to Sam George Staffers at the Presidency supposedly bought their vehicles at some unknown auction. George claims that under the law Staffers can buy 2+year old cars. Earlier on, another Ex-NDC official claimed it was 3+ years old and he had taken his paper to show the Chief of Staff at Flagstaff House. Yalley and all the idiotic NDC propagandist need to ***barred word*** and get their facts right. As usual, they have been on a campaign of deceiving the Ghana public rather than telling the Ghanaian public the truth that they have been acquiring virtually brand new cars at GIVE AWAY PRICES.
The NPP is still in campaign mood and thinks they are embarrassing the NDC and the former president. BBC, CNN and other international media houses have picked the up and now it's now a national ridicule. ''In your country, former governments steal cars from incoming governments,'' someone said to another. The person didn't say in the NDC or NPP's country.
